The service department does oil changes, inspections, tune-ups and repairs and restorations covering engines, propellers, canvas, interiors, insurance estimates and warranty work. It sells and services Yamaha and Suzuki outboards and is equipped to service most other brands. Winterization, spring commissioning, and secure indoor and outdoor winter storage are offered, and snowmobiles are repaired as well. Financing and a loan calculator are available. The dealership sits just west of Traverse City and is one of the area's longest running Shorestation dock and hoist dealers, also offering MIDock by Trimet Industries, made locally.
